Position Description

Axonom is seeking versatile and talented CRM Implementation Consultants to help Axonom’s clients implement CRM system. The most commonly implemented applications include Microsoft CRM and Axonom’s award winning Powertrak Customer Relationship Management Applications. Axonom is seeking full time candidates to fill this position.

CRM Implementation Consultants participate in and at times own and lead customer projects. These projects typically consist of business/systems analysis, design, development, and implementation of Microsoft CRM and Axonom Powertrak solutions. CRM Implementation Consultants are also responsible for ongoing application performance tuning and support to fine tune the solution and identify new opportunities for Axonom.

The ideal candidate will possess outstanding communication, leadership, technical, skills, as well as an exceptional ability to problem solve. This position offers candidates an opportunity to be a part of an award winning Mid Market CRM Professional Services team. Candidates with a strong SQL and .Net background will have a unique opportunity to leverage their current expertise and continue to work with next generation technologies without becoming a road warrior or feeling like a billable hour.

Requirements

• 4-Year College or University Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Technology, or related field of study
• 2 - 4 years solid related experience as a technology and development lead for business application development projects
• Business consulting, project leadership, project definition, estimating, proposal writing, and planning skills for projects
• Multiple Microsoft certifications in MS CRM, MCSD, MCSE, MCP is desired
• MS development experience using ASP.NET, C#, COM+, Microsoft SQL Server
• Hands on experience with architecture and design of database schema including the ability to create SQL tables, views, and stored procedures
