Determine project needs and resources required to execute CRM projects; work with clients to define strategy, objectives and scope of projects; develop testing plans to ensure user acceptance, data quality and system integrity; coordinate the development of training materials and user manuals to facilitate implementation and turnover of system to business owners and users, lead and develop team members.

Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering/MIS or related technology or a business field, plus 5 years' post-baccalaureate experience, or Master's degree in same fields plus two years' applicable experience; experience must include planning, implementing and administering Microsoft CRM system deployments and related business process reviews, provision of technical support for application and administration of CRM systems, experience devising and conducting training programs, resolution of non-routine software problems and experience maintaining business relationships with customers.
