Last month Axonom (we) achieved, once again, a Microsoft® Gold competency in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) for our extensive experience and skills in this area. Our Microsoft Gold CRM competency places us in the top 5 percent of Microsoft partners for our expertise. We are committed to staying deeply informed about the latest Microsoft products and technologies so we can create innovative solutions to help give your business a competitive advantage. To earn a Microsoft Gold CRM competency, we had to complete exams (resulting in Microsoft Certified Professionals) to prove our level of technology expertise, and then designate these certified professionals uniquely to one Microsoft competency, ensuring a certain level of staffing capacity. We also had to submit customer references that demonstrate successful projects (along with implementing a yearly customer satisfaction study), meet a revenue commitment, and pass technology and/or sales assessments.
