Hitachi Medical Systems America Discusses Business Value of Powertrak

Powertrak software for Microsoft DynamicsAt Convergence 2014, Microsoft selected ten Dynamics’ customers to be featured in an on-camera interview showcasing how Microsoft Dynamics and its independent software vendor, together, bring great value to their business.

We were very excited to learn that our customer, Hitachi Medical Systems America, Inc., was one of 10 selected and featured.

HMSA’s Bob Jagger and Linda Reno share how Powertrak and Microsoft CRM are key business software tools for its sales professionals to streamline how they sell its (MRI, CT, and Ultrasound) diagnostic imaging equipment.

Powertrak extends Microsoft Dynamics CRM by delivering important information to sales professionals via their mobile device. Powertrak streamlines the selling process by better equipping sales professionals with the necessary information and resources to close a sale.

Linda Reno, information technology manager at Hitachi Medical Systems America states, “Before we implemented Dynamics CRM and Axonom’s Powertrak, we had a very manual system. It was cumbersome, lot of repetitive entry of repetitive information being passed along. Microsoft Dynamics CRM and Powertrak have streamlined all of that. Our sales reps are able to get the information in a more timely matter.”
