Bethesda, MD—April 13th, 2009 Axonom announced today that its Powertrak 9.0 was selected by ISM Inc., Social Media, Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and Contact Center strategic advisors, as a Top 15 CRM Small & Medium Business Software Award for 2009. This is the twelfth time that ISM has selected Axonom, Inc. to its Top 15 Award list. The Top 15 are divided into two categories—1) Enterprise, and 2) Small & Medium Business (SMB)—to reflect the changes and growth of the CRM marketplace.
“The winners of the 2009 Top 15 continue to raise the bar for the CRM community with significant advancements in both functionality and connectibility. Mobile access as well as Social Media are of increased importance to sales and marketing professionals and their always-on, always-connected Digital Clients,” said Barton Goldenberg, president, ISM.
Powertrak was chosen after intensive testing by the ISM Software Lab at its Bethesda, Md.-based headquarters. Each package was rated according to 217 selection criteria, including 102 business functions, 51 technical features, 36 implementation capabilities, 11 real time criteria and 17 user-support features.
“Axonom is to be praised for obtaining the Top 15 honor as ISM’s software selection process is strenuous and comprehensive,” said Goldenberg. “Axonom is a leader in the CRM industry.”
“This is the twelfth consecutive year that our CRM platform has received recognition from ISM for superior CRM functionality,” said Mike Belongie, vice president of sales at Axonom. “Our customer-centric approach of building industry-specific modules for the high tech/light manufacturing industries on top of the Microsoft Dynamics platform is giving our customers rich functionality at a very low cost of ownership,” added Belongie.
