Industry-leading CRM delivery team strengthens with new additions
Minneapolis, MN— April 22, 2010 Axonom, a leading provider of industry-specific Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and Partner Relationship Management (PRM) extensions for Microsoft Dynamics CRM, announces today that two veteran CRM project managers, Brian Wilson and Norm Belssner have joined the company's professional services' staff.
Axonom implements complex, highly configurable CPQ and PRM extensions to high tech and light manufacturing companies that manufacture and distribute make-to-order products through multiple distribution channels. New staff additions must demonstrate product knowledge, have a successful industry track record, and be strongly endorsed by a high tech customer.
Brian Wilson brings years of high tech industry implementation expertise. With nine years experience as a project manager and senior developer at Click Commerce, Brian has developed an impressive track record for implementing Partner Relationship Management (PRM) systems to large high tech companies, such as Microsoft, AMD, Hyundai, SICK, and Qwest Communications.
"I am excited about Brian because of the great skill set he brings to Axonom and how well this will serve our customers," says Mathias Olsson, Axonom's vice president of professional services. "What makes Brian a good fit for us is that he doesn't only have the solid front-end project management and business analyst skills, and excellent Partner Portal implementation experience but he also has a software developer background."
Norm Belssner has over twenty years of experience in manufacturing, distribution and CRM application implementations. Norm's high tech industry expertise comes from working at companies such as Hitachi Data Systems, Xilinx, Ascend Communications, Agilent, Boeing, Intuit, Micron, Sun, and Trillium. Most recently, Norm was the Director of Application Systems at California Micro Devices. He was responsible for all application systems used to run a fabless Semiconductor business.
"Norm is well versed in high tech processes," says Olsson. "He will be instrumental in Axonom's continued growth in High Tech CRM implementations, and will also bring significant experience in rolling out Axonom's Powertrak Design Win automation components for our growing semiconductor customer base."
