Powertrak Mobile for Tablets delivers sales, service and marketing automation for Android and BlackBerry Tablet users
Minneapolis, MN— October 12, 2010 Axonom, a leading provider of high tech industry Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and Partner Relationship Management (PRM) extensions for Microsoft Dynamics CRM, has announced that Powertrak v10 delivers BlackBerry PlayBook and Android user access to Microsoft Dynamics CRM, Powertrak and other applications through the Powertrak Mobile for Tablets application.
Powertrak v10, scheduled to be released Q4 2010, bridges the gap between non-Microsoft devices and the integrated Microsoft Dynamics CRM/Powertrak suite. Blackberry and Android device support follows the previous release of Powertrak for iPad/iPhone.
The Powertrak product line of high tech solutions handles complex quoting, leads, surveys and service cases in a scripted mobile environment.
Customers with web-accessible tablet devices have the ability to configure orders, manage multi-channel leads, review and update their pipeline, and maintain transactions such as time and billing information via Powertrak Mobile for Tablets.
"We are seeing a new wave of mobile-business devices that organizations are deploying to their sales reps, service and delivery staffs at a rapid rate,” said Mike Belongie, COO at Axonom. “Samsung, Toshiba, ViewSonic and Dell recently announced tablets running Android 2.2 OS and Powertrak provides those users with access to Microsoft Dynamics CRM and Powertrak information.”
